Amazing customer service. Walked in, they fought hard for me, did some paperwork and drove off in a 2025 Nissan and was happy. Couldn’t ask for ANYTHING ELSE!!!!

My mom and I drove two hours to City Auto in Chattanooga, and they exceeded every expectation. We faced a hurdle with our bank and the bank required us to hand deliver paperwork back to their location. But our Car Rep., with outstanding dedication, found a solution using their system capabilities so we wouldn’t have to make multiple trips. The whole experience was thoughtful, honest, and far from any pushy dealership vibes. They went above and beyond to make this deal happen on our terms. I wish I could give more than five stars!
